As you start taking a walk towards the sanctum, there, lies a place where you can pay the offering of Naariyal (coconut) into a fire. There is a man sitting beside this fireplace who will open the coconut you carry, to offer in the fireplace. This ritual will fascinate you for sure.
Take steps ahead and you will enter the main temple area. There is a huge open space and at the center lies a huge Nandi idol.
Devotees who come here, speak their wishes in Nandi’s ear. It is believed a payer said in the ear of Nandi will be fulfilled soon.

It’s time for you to witness the glory of Bholenath. The huge Nandi is facing towards Lord Shiva. As you enter the gate of the sanctum and you will see the walls both sides are beautifully carved with various images of Lord Shiva and her consort Goddess Parvati.
In front you, there is the divine, 12th jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva.
The structure of this linga is quite different from others.
The Shivlinga is placed inside the hole which is filled with water. The distance between you and the main shivlinga is long enough, therefore, you could not see it from your bare eyes.
For that, the temple has placed a mirror above the shivling. It is placed above in such a position that you can do the darshan of the shivlinga clearly.
At first, you might not able to recognize whether you are looking to mirror image or not but if you will see it with the focus then you will realize that you are actually watching the mirror image of the Shivlinga which is lying in the hole beneath.
